These are static pages. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts and embeds no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from an external font provider, so reading these pages does not share your data with anyone else. The only script on the site handles the early-access form, and it runs only on that page.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and to protect it against abuse. Cloudflare acts as our processor. We do not use this data to build profiles or to identify individual visitors.
If you request early access, we process the email address you enter, together with the country your request came from and the time it was sent. We use it to contact you about early access to the hedge system and about the product itself. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to that request, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Your address is not written to a database. It is sent to us as an email through Resend, our email provider, which processes it on our behalf and keeps a record of the message in its own logs. We keep the resulting correspondence for as long as it is relevant to a possible business relationship, or for as long as the law requires.
Cloudflare and Resend are both established in the United States and may process this data there, under the safeguards their own terms provide. We do not use your address for anything other than the purpose above, and we do not add it to unrelated mailings.
Where data protection law applies to you, including the GDPR, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, or to be removed from the early-access list, contact GR8 Concepts Ltd through gr8concepts.net. We respond within the period applicable law requires. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority.
